Who we are

Data you send us
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we use the details you give us (name, contact and the content of your message) only to answer your request and prepare quotes. We do not sell or share those details with third parties, and we keep them only for as long as they are needed to follow up on your request.
Audience measurement, without cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising. To understand whether the site is doing its job, we use two anonymous, aggregate measurements: cookieless visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, country and device type, without identifying visitors or following them across other sites) and our own counter that anonymously registers taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons (only the page and the button type, no personal data).
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps technical access logs for as long as strictly necessary for security and the proper running of the service.
Links to other services
The site includes links to external services: WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. The contact page also includes an embedded Google Maps map, which is loaded by Google. When you use these links or the map, the privacy policy of each of those services applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you have sent us by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
